OBJECTIVE
DAYGLO is a product line of teen botanical skincare containing natural, simple ingredients specifically designed to enhance a natural glow. DAYGLO is targeted towards teen girls between the ages of 13-18. The aesthetic is meant to create a positive experience for young girls that may be self-conscious with how their bodies are changing and how they feel about themselves. The mission is to help teens understand that skincare is not something to feel ashamed about, but rather expressive and self nurturing.
MERCHANDISING
The goal of DAYGLO provides unique packaging that highlights the botanical aspects in beautiful and colorful ways. The set of cleanser, toner, and serum are packaged and displayed on a mirror contained in a transparent box. The box easily comes off, and the mirror flips up to become a vanity, which then the products can be stored in the underneath container. The purpose is to be able to sustainably reuse all of these items, and easily store, transport, and use the skincare efficiently at anytime.
